Energizing Green Smoothie

My own creation

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk 

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 handful kale

  • 1 small handful of parsley

  • 2-inch slice of cucumber

  • 1/8 of an organic lemon (with skin)

  • 1 tbsp hemp seed

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 tsp chia seed (add more, if desired)

  • 1 tsp ashwaganda powder 

  • 1 medjool date

  • 1/8 tsp cayenne powder

  • liquid minerals (opt; I use Body Ecology Ancient Earth Minerals)

  • monk fruit sweetener (opt; 1/16 tsp is plenty)

  • 1 cup ice

  • protein powder (if desired)

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients together in blender.  Enjoy!
