Ingredients

1-15 oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)

1/2 cup non-dairy milk 
1 cup maple or date syrup

3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla powder (or 2 tsp vanilla extract)

1/2 cup  dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

Using a food processor, blend beans, non-dairy milk, oats, and date syrup until smooth.  Add remaining  ingredients.


Pour into 8 x 8 pan lined with parchment paper (or use a silicone pan).  Sprinkle with chocolate chips or nuts, if desired.

Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
